Agreement
These Terms govern access to groRetail, a service operated by Fyndability Labs. By accessing the service, you agree to these Terms and any order form or written agreement that applies to your organization.
Authorized use
You may use groRetail only for lawful business purposes and within the organization, brand, retailer, and SKU scope authorized for your account. You are responsible for users and credentials issued under your organization.
Customer data
You retain ownership of product content, retailer data, and other information you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyze, and transmit that data to provide the service.
Integrations and external systems
Retailer and third-party systems remain governed by their own terms. You are responsible for having authority to connect accounts and approve changes. groRetail does not guarantee the availability or behavior of external services.
Controlled operations
Features that prepare or send external changes may require approval. You remain responsible for reviewing proposed content, attributes, prices, and other changes before authorizing submission.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls, probe other tenants, introduce malicious code, scrape the service without permission, resell unauthorized access, or use groRetail to violate law or third-party rights.
Service and warranties
We work to provide a reliable service, but groRetail is provided on an as-available basis except where a signed agreement states otherwise. Scores and recommendations are decision support, not guarantees of retailer acceptance, ranking, sales, or agent selection.
Limitation and termination
Liability, indemnity, suspension, termination, and payment obligations may be further defined in your order form or master services agreement. We may suspend access that creates security, legal, or operational risk.
