Scope
This policy explains how Fyndability Labs handles information when you visit groRetail, request access, or use a groRetail workspace.
Information we process
We may process account and contact details, organization and brand context, product and retailer data, integration configuration, support communications, and technical usage and security logs.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, scope tenant access, operate requested workflows, support users, improve reliability, communicate about accounts, and comply with legal obligations.
Connected services
When you authorize an integration, we process the data required for that connection. Credentials are handled server-side and access is limited to the configured purpose. External services apply their own privacy terms.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, and security, subject to appropriate obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or a corporate transaction.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal duties, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. Account administrators may also manage workspace users and connected data.
